Togashi’s Brother Says Hunter x Hunter Won’t Finish at Its Current Pace

A tweet from a fan who visited the family shop of Yoshihiro Togashi, the author of HUNTER×HUNTER, is going viral because of the photos of the location, but also because of something Togashi’s brother reportedly told the visitor.

“I went to the Togashi family’s shop, Togashi Paper Shop!! It is currently run by his younger brother, Hideaki, who was also a manga artist.

Even though he was busy preparing for Obon, he spent an entire hour telling me fascinating stories, from family anecdotes to behind-the-scenes stories about HUNTER×HUNTER.

He firmly stated that, at this pace, with 10 chapters being released every two years, HUNTER×HUNTER will never be finished! 😂 I couldn’t help but laugh. lol”

On Twitter, many people loved seeing the photos of the shop, which reveal a lot about the history of HUNTER×HUNTER and Togashi. However, some fans focused on the opinion of Togashi’s brother, who said he doesn’t believe the manga will ever finish if it continues at its current pace.
