Vtuber Janome Cafka Says He Went to Sleep and Woke Up to Find Out He Worked as a Delivery Driver
VTuber Janome Cafka shocked everyone when he posted on August 22 that he had gone to sleep at 7 AM and, when he woke up hours later and checked his phone, discovered that he had apparently made 3 deliveries while sleepwalking!
Here is what he said in his tweet:
“【Terrifying】I thought I went to sleep at 7:00 AM, but I found out that while sleepwalking, I got on my bicycle and made 3 deliveries ← I’m here now!
I’ve reached the point where I’ve decided to look for a hospital/doctor ______.”
He also posted a screenshot from what appears to be an app showing the deliveries he supposedly made:

His tweet was viewed more than 6 million times and received over 140 comments.
Janome Cafka does not hide the fact that he sleepwalks. In another tweet, he previously shared some of the things he has done while sleepwalking:

- Edited videos and uploaded them
- Mixed a ‘singing’ video
- Hosted a Space
- Bought an electronic saxophone despite never having played one
- Fell asleep while spilling a mango smoothie all over my bed
- Created product data and submitted it for printing
- Packed 200 products
- Worked making deliveries ← NEW!”
However, people started to find something strange. Apparently, a sleepwalker would not normally be able to perform some of these tasks in such a complex way, so many people began suggesting that he might actually have dissociative identity disorder.
What Is Dissociative Identity Disorder?
Dissociative identity disorder (DID) is a mental health condition in which a person experiences two or more distinct personality states, which can involve different patterns of behavior, memory, and perception of themselves.
After receiving all these messages, the VTuber commented on the situation:
“When I woke up, things had gotten completely insane.
I received more than 100 messages saying things like ‘you have dissociative identity disorder,’ so I’m going to the hospital to talk about it~!”
Now, it remains to be seen what actually happened during those hours while Janome Cafka was asleep. After all, riding a bicycle and completing three deliveries while apparently sleepwalking is not exactly the kind of thing anyone expects to discover after waking up!
