Sucker for Love Crush Landing: Date an Cosmic Being
So, I finally had the chance to play my first game in the Sucker for Love series, and it just happened to be the latest one, Sucker for Love Crush Landing.
Released on August 31, 2026, Sucker for Love Crush Landing is the fourth game in the series (I think) and puts you in the shoes of a guy who works as a hostess at a club for women.
After heading home from a date with one of his clients, a meteorite crashes into his apartment, completely smashing through the wall, and suddenly you end up with a meteorite woman (?) all to yourself.
Here, I’m going to introduce you to the game and also talk about what I thought of it.
In my case, it took me almost 8 hours to get every ending and all of the game’s achievements. And yes, I used a guide for some of them, because honestly, I don’t know if I would’ve figured everything out on my own.
What Is Sucker for Love Crush Landing About?
For those who don’t know the series, Sucker for Love mixes romance, cute girls, and supernatural creatures inspired by horror stories.
The basic idea is to play around with that contrast: you’re dealing with beings that could easily star in a horror story, but they show up looking incredibly cute and end up getting into some kind of relationship with the protagonist.
And in Sucker for Love: Crush Landing, things get a little more… cosmic.
IT’S A WOMAN INSIDE A METEORITE!
And yes, she’s really cute:
As you can see, she’s this colorful being who takes the form of your favorite idol, and I don’t usually talk about voice actors…. but I absolutely loved Hheily’s voice.
Yep, her name is Hheily.
Her voice and the way she talks are INCREDIBLY CUTE, and she’s easily my favorite girl in the game (and yes, you can end up with other women too, since there are other “routes.”
If my memory isn’t completely failing me, the girls are:
- Hheily, the meteorite girl;
- Midori, your stalker;
- Maria, the girl who hires you at the club;
- Monami, the idol you admire.
When I started playing, the first ending I somehow managed to get was Monami’s.
But for me, the favorites are Hheily and Midori.
ANYWAY, how does the game work?
You Need to Feed Hheily Colored Items
YES!
A meteorite crashed into your apartment, and the cosmic being inside it took the form of your favorite idol at your request.
There’s just one little problem.
You need to feed her colors so she can stay alive.
And this is where the main mechanic of Sucker for Love: Crush Landing comes in.
Hheily needs to receive items of specific colors each round to stay alive while you wait for the researchers.
Because of that, you can freely explore your apartment, looking for objects that can be used to feed the girl.
You basically have three rounds in the game, and depending on your choices and the items you find, you can end up reaching different endings or even following another girl’s route.
Hheily has 3 hearts and 6 stars.
Your goal is to fill each of those stars with the correct items. Once you complete the required stars, you can form a heart and move closer to certain endings.
Read more: The stars are divided into the following colors:
- Red
- Orange
- Yellow
- Green
- Blue
- Purple
Notice in the screenshot above that you have 4 items: the chameleon is green, the banana is yellow, the bouquet of roses is red, and there’s the PC.
Giving her the correct items fills one of the stars, and forming 1 heart gets you further toward the true ending, but it’s not easy to find all the colored items on your first try, and the game has plenty of traps.
Visits and Events Can Completely Change Your Ending
Every time you feed Hheily a colored item, an “event” will happen in your apartment. In other words, someone will call you or knock on your door, and then it’s up to you whether you answer the door or pick up the phone.
When you answer the door, all kinds of people who have been affected by the meteorite and had their bodies changed will show up.
And here’s another detail: you can end up getting the “good” or “bad” ending for your visitors, and it all depends on how you respond to them during your interactions.
The game isn’t easy on your first playthrough, you can easily get lost, and you have to explore the apartment quite a bit to figure out which items can interact with which other items to create new colored items to feed Hheily.
There are also certain items she doesn’t like, so you can end up breaking her heart.
But I really loved the game, seriously, Hheily is SO CUTE.
