Adult Artist Aiue Oka Also Draws Malfoid

The Malfoid trend, which turns Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter into a female version, just got a pretty wild contribution: Aiue Oka, the well-known adult manga artist, decided to join in on the fun.
The trend had already been making the rounds among artists on social media, with different versions of “Malfoid” experimenting with hairstyles, outfits, and personalities for the female version of Harry Potter‘s rival. However, one particular interpretation caught attention for looking remarkably similar to a character from Aiue Oka’s own work.
Aiue Oka Finally Draws His Own Malfoid
In a post on X, Aiue Oka shared a drawing he made while experimenting with different styles for the character.
The artist himself said he was unsure about which of the many hairstyles used in female versions of Malfoy he should pick, so he ended up making a quick sketch.

Okay… am I the only one who thinks Malfoid drawn by Aiue Oka looks way too similar to another one of his famous characters? She really looks like Kurashiki Reina with Malfoid’s name slapped on her.
The Similarity to Kurashiki Reina
Kurashiki Reina, from Saimin Seishidou, is known for her strong personality and the kind of attitude that makes it hard to imagine her accepting being treated as inferior. So when some versions of Malfoid started showing a similar aesthetic, fans familiar with the artist’s work quickly made the connection.

In Aiue Oka’s drawing, however, the resemblance seems to work more as a playful nod to his own style than as a direct recreation of the character.
That gives Malfoid her own identity while still retaining that unmistakable visual “DNA” that fans would recognize immediately.
And There Was Also a Harry Potter Parody
The artist also posted a short manga page parodying a very familiar scene from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
In the original story, the students attend a Care of Magical Creatures class taught by Hagrid, where they meet the hippogriff Buckbeak.

In Aiue Oka’s version, the creature standing in front of Malfoid is replaced by an adult character, and the scene’s setup is used to play around with the arrogant personality of Draco’s female counterpart.
I have no idea if he’s going to keep drawing this story and turn it into a full doujin, but… I really don’t know!
