Persona Girls HAVE NO ASS in Nikke Collab and Players Complain

I didn’t like this collaboration between Nikke and Persona at all, and I don’t even play Nikke. But I started paying more attention to the collaboration when Nikke decided to highlight Persona 5 more than the other games, making Makoto and Yukiko SSR characters while Aigis! AIGIS! was only an SR…

I don’t play Nikke, but I know that SSR is a higher rarity than SR and, from what I saw, I wasn’t the only one annoyed by this. When Aigis was revealed to be an SR, many people complained, especially because Aigis is a very popular character. Meanwhile, Makoto and Yukiko received the SSR rarity.

But now fans have found ANOTHER reason to complain about the collaboration.

The girls simply HAVE NO ASS.

Nikke is a game known precisely for its fanservice, with its characters shaking their butts on the screen while shooting at enemies. However, a new trailer revealed that… well, you won’t see Yukiko and Makoto’s butts bouncing. In fact, it doesn’t even look like they have anything.

Check it out:

As you can see from the trailer, NOTHING! Aigis does have something, but she’s a robot.

Oh yeah, here’s Makoto:

Interestingly, fans took screenshots from the original Persona 5 game and showed that she actually has more of a ass there than she does in Nikke:

Let’s take a look at some reactions?

  • “Their butts are so small that I’m not downloading the game.”
  • “There is no butt. Actually, there is negative butt.”
  • “Why did you put boards next to the Nikke girls?”
  • “What a pathetic joke. Why make collaborations like this if you’re going to remove their butts?”
  • “How did a fanservice game end up having less butt than their original game?”
  • “This is embarrassing. Thanks, but I don’t want this IP with so many restrictions.”
  • “When they were discussing this collab, did ShiftUp ask how big they could make them, or did Atlus just say how flat they had to be?”
  • “When are you going to collaborate with a fanservice series?”
  • “Can we please collaborate with IPs that actually understand what Nikke is about?”
  • “SEGA’s restrictions hurt this collab to the point that it became practically pointless.”
  • “You guys are really trying to make this collab fail, huh?”
  • “The lack of butt here is a joke. Negative butt.”

You can read more and more complaints about the collaboration, but as someone whose two favorite games in the series are Persona 3 and Persona 4 and who eventually came to hate Persona 5, I thought this collab was pretty weak.
