YouTuber Chibi Reviews Faces Disturbing Threat Amid Loli Debate on Twitter

Maybe you don’t know the YouTuber Chibi Reviews; he is well known on Twitter for defending lolis and being anti-censorship, which attracts many enemies who believe illustrations are equivalent to real people.

There is currently a massive fight happening on Twitter between those who like lolis and see no problem with them, and those who are against lolis and consider them equivalent to abusing a real person.

Then Chibi made the following post:

“We arrested that Nasty Lolicon, are you okay literall child?” showing an image of two police officers looking at a picture of the character Renge from the anime Non Non Biyori.

Then, a tweet of extremely bad taste was made on the same day, many hours later. The post (which is still up), from an account called TaxedBrass, shows a man with a shovel in front of a grave with the words:

“‘It’s just a drawing’
Good argument! I’ll dig up your brother and turn him into a chair”

What you are seeing above is the grave of Chibi’s brother, who passed away in 2023. This person, who strongly dislikes Chibi, went to his brother’s grave and threatened to dig him up.

Chibi made a post asking people to report the publication above and said he has already contacted the police. Some people believe the image was made by AI, but according to Chibi and people close to him, this is the real grave of his late brother.

Chibi Reviews made another statement on his Twitter saying that experiencing so much harassment and abuse can be exhausting, although he has become more “numb” after two years. Still, he admitted that it affects him as a human being.

He criticized the slander and attacks, saying he will not back down or leave the internet, even when people go as far as using his late brother’s grave to target him.

Finally, he said he will take a day off.
