One of the things many guys want is to have a girlfriend, and imagine finally getting one, but accidentally getting her pregnant. That is exactly what happened to a young man.

The story was told by a friend of this guy and went viral on X. He says his middle school acquaintance got his girlfriend pregnant and simply RAN AWAY. He disappeared from the girl’s life and her family’s life after finding out he would become a father.

Two weeks later, he started feeling bad and decided to return. He gathered courage and contacted the girl, coming up with the best excuse he could to explain his two-week disappearance.

That he had cancer, that he had gone away for treatment, but that he was now CURED. And the worst part: both the girl and her family believed it.

Obviously, it was a lie. After that, they ended up getting married and today they are a family. And the strange part is that no one can question the story.

According to the report, a close friend of the girl tried to question it, asking for medical certificates, exams, and even what type of cancer he had, but both she and her family said it was a sensitive topic and asked not to discuss it.
