Japanese Gravure Idol Yume Komatsu Fired After Agency Reveals Series of Allegations

A Japanese gravure idol and actress Yume Komatsu was fired by her agency, Blue Sky model agency, on September 24, 2026. The case drew attention in Japan after the agency revealed a series of issues involving the 18-year-old, including an alleged false report of stalking and assault, expenses covered by the company, misuse of a corporate card, and a dispute involving a photographer.

Yume Komatsu Reportedly Told Agency She Was Being Stalked and Assaulted

According to Blue Sky model agency, Yume had told the company that she was being stalked by an ex-boyfriend and had allegedly been subjected to physical violence.

The agency says it believed her reports and decided to cover the necessary expenses to help her.

However, the company later says it discovered a different situation.

According to the statement, Yume had been keeping an underage boyfriend at her residence for an extended period. During that time, an incident allegedly occurred that eventually involved the police.

It is worth noting that Yume Komatsu is 18 years old, so her boyfriend could be 17, but his age has not been disclosed.

The agency also claims that it was repeatedly told that Yume and the boy had broken up, when in reality, the two were still living together.

Police Reportedly Contacted the Agency

The situation was allegedly discovered after a police station contacted the agency directly.

According to the statement, the company questioned Yume about the situation, and she allegedly acknowledged that the facts presented by police were true.

The agency also explained that because police jurisdiction had to be transferred whenever there was a change of residence, it continued communicating with authorities.

As a result, the company says it incurred considerable expenses.

“Believing her reports, we arranged two changes of residence, all paid for by the agency.”

Agency Says Corporate Card Was Also Misused

The situation did not end with the issue involving her residence.

According to the agency, because there were concerns that Yume could run into problems again when leaving her home, she was given a corporate card for emergencies.

She was instructed to use taxis when leaving home for her safety.

However, the company says it later discovered other uses of the card, including:

• Purchases of expensive personal items;
• Using taxis for leisure activities.

The agency classified these expenses as improper use of the corporate card.

And What About the iPhone Provided by the Agency?

Another incident mentioned in the statement involves the model’s phone.

According to the agency, Yume reportedly said that her phone had suffered water damage and that she needed another device to continue managing her social media accounts.

The company therefore says it provided her with an iPhone paid for by the agency.

However, the agency later says police gave it a different account: the phone had allegedly been damaged during a conflict involving her boyfriend, rather than by water.

This was another point the agency cited as a reason for her dismissal.

There Was Also an Issue Involving a Photographer

Perhaps the most unusual part of the statement involves a photographer.

The agency claims that after a previous dismissal, when Yume was using the stage name Yume Fujisaki, she contacted a photographer pretending to be an agency manager.

According to the company, messages were sent requesting:

• the deletion of all data from the photo shoots;
• a refund of an amount that, according to the agency, should not have been refunded.

The agency described the behavior as “extremely serious.”

Nikkan Sports published a second report on the case on September 25, after a photographer who said he was the person mentioned by the agency spoke out on X.

This Was Yume Komatsu’s Second Dismissal

The statement itself mentions that the incident involving the photographer happened after her first dismissal, when she was using the stage name Yume Fujisaki.

She later returned to using the name Yume Komatsu and resumed her activities.

Now, on September 24, 2026, came her second dismissal.

The agency said there are other issues beyond those disclosed, but that the incidents presented in the statement were the main reasons for its decision.
