Synopsis of Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian
Seirei Academy is a prestigious school attended by Japan’s top students. Alisa Mikhailovna “Alya” Kujou, the student council treasurer, of Russian and Japanese descent, is known for her intelligence, stunning beauty, and strict personality. In contrast to her almost flawless demeanor, her classmate Masachika Kuze is unmotivated, skips classes, and doesn’t seem to show any interest in her.
Initially irritated, Alya gradually becomes more intrigued by Masachika and begins to express her affection toward him in Russian. However, she is unaware of his secret: he understands the language fluently! Thanks to a childhood friend who was temporarily in Japan, Masachika studied Russian in hopes of seeing her again.
As the two spend more time together, their playful and quirky relationship deepens quickly. Meanwhile, both must learn to deal with the growing feelings they have for each other.
