Victoria of Many Faces Light Novel Gets TV Anime

The popular light novel Victoria of Many Faces has officially been announced for a TV anime adaptation. Kadokawa revealed the news, exciting fans eager to see the spy’s dramatic story brought to the screen.

Story of Victoria of Many Faces
The story follows Chloe, a master spy with exceptional disguise skills and martial arts expertise. After being betrayed by her boss, she disappears and starts a new life as Victoria in the neighboring Ashberry Kingdom, hoping for a peaceful existence.
However, Victoria’s quiet life is cut short as she becomes entangled with various people, and her spy talents prove more valuable than ever. Meanwhile, the kingdom’s second prince and other figures grow intrigued by her hidden strength, pulling the “woman of many faces” back into the shadows.

Nobukage Kimura (Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26, Tsuritama) directs the series at Studio DEEN. Naohiro Fukushima (I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years) handles the series scripts, while Mina Ōsawa (Given) designs the characters. Frontier Works is credited for original project planning.
Light Novel and Manga Publication

Author Syuu first published the story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in December 2021. Kadokawa released the third novel volume in January 2024.
The series also has a manga adaptation by Komo Ushino, launched on Kadokawa’s Flos Comic site in December 2022. The fifth manga volume ships on September 17. Yen Press publishes both the light novel and the manga in English.
