You Can Receive Magical Girl Phone Calls to Hear that they Love You
The magical girl universe has just received a unique update. Toei Animation announced the Moshimoshi! Pretty Cure Phone, a new service where fans can receive magical girl phone calls from PreCure characters. Through the app, users can hear encouragement, comfort, and even confessions of love from their favorite Cure.

The PreCure magical girl phone call app was inspired by the latest series of the franchise, You and Idol Pretty Cure, which introduced five new heroines. Fans can select which Cure they want to hear from and in what mood. Options include:
“I want to be praised,” where the Cure congratulates your efforts.
“I want to be cheered up,” with comforting and supportive lines.
Morning wake-up calls and good night calls, including the phrase Daisuki da yo (“I love you” or “I like you a lot”).
Unlike AI-generated content, these calls feature brand-new recorded lines by the actual PreCure voice actresses, making the experience more immersive.
Subscription Plans
The Moshimoshi! Pretty Cure Phone app can be downloaded for free and even includes a special welcome call. However, full access requires a subscription:
Moshimoshi Course: ¥330 (about US$2.30) per month, with calls from one Cure of your choice.
Motto! Moshimoshi Course: ¥660 (about US$4.60) per month, unlocking all five Cures plus a themed café mini game.
New wake-up call lines are scheduled to be added every month.
Who Can Use the App?
While PreCure mainly targets children and teenagers, many adult fans also follow the franchise. Since the app has no age restriction, anyone can subscribe and enjoy the magical girl phone calls.
With the current cast being the 20th generation of PreCure magical girls, fans expect future updates to include beloved characters from past seasons.
The official launch of the service is set for September 1, 2025, available for iOS and Android in Japan.
