No Game No Life Author Spent 3 Years Drawing Fanbox Illustrations Before New Volume

In February it was announced that in April 2026 we will get the release of volume 13 of the No Game No Life light novel. That means a long pause of 3 years between volumes 12 and 13 of the series, but at least the story is finally returning.

You might think that the author was very busy during this period, which delayed the writing and illustration work for the new volume. However, a quick visit to his Fanbox reveals that the author was actually drawing lolis.

As you can see in the screenshots from his Fanbox, the author had been posting and updating his page with loli hentai illustrations while it took three years for a new volume of his most famous light novel to be released.

But this is actually quite normal. Many creators maintain Fanbox pages where they frequently post content for their paying supporters. It is also worth mentioning that he recently designed the visual for a new VTuber that went viral because he was the illustrator.

The author of No Game No Life was certainly quite busy during these three years.
