Koichi ends up quitting his job to start writing light novels, but he doesn’t know what to write about. To find inspiration, he leaves the big city and moves to the countryside, where he meets Ichika, a gyaru high school girl who feels out of place living in a rural area.

She gives off the vibe of someone who would easily end up in bed with a guy, but despite her playful side, Ichika dreams of getting married and is also a great cook. Koichi decides to make her the heroine of his novel, and soon the two start living together.

This is how the romantic comedy manga Inaka no Kuro Gal JK to Kekkon Shimashita begins, published since February 2024 by Kazuchi. But why are people suddenly talking about this manga? The author himself dropped a bombshell on Twitter, revealing that this seemingly simple ecchi rom-com is actually based on real facts.

Fans asked him about this, and Kazuchi confirmed the manga is based on that woman’s life. However, not everything in the story actually happened. For example, most of the ecchi scenes were his own creation. According to him, there’s just a “small touch” of realism in the heavy moments.

Unfortunately, he won’t reveal which parts are true and which are fiction in Inaka no Kuro Gal JK to Kekkon Shimashita. Still, this revelation may have attracted a whole new wave of readers curious to discover the mix of reality and imagination behind the story.
