Game Freak Had to Change These Pokémon Trainer Designs to Be Less Suggestive

The Pokémon franchise attracts people of all ages, and because of that, some character and creature designs ended up causing discomfort due to suggestive ecchi elements.
As expected, the responsibility ultimately fell on Game Freak, which had to modify certain Pokémon designs with suggestive ecchi content, as well as others that seemingly referenced problematic aspects of human history, such as political issues linked to Germany.

Pokémon has always been designed to be accessible to all audiences, and due to Game Freak’s conduct guidelines, these are some of the designs the developer had to change. Check out the before and after below.
The changes shown here were “revealed” due to the massive data leak that Game Freak suffered years ago. Can you guess why these designs were altered?

These are all the Pokémon designs with suggestive ecchi elements that Game Freak had to modify. In about three cases, it was not possible to clearly identify the reason for the change.
