This is one of the most bizarre and unverified posts I will be publishing on this website, so much so that I will not be sharing it on social media due to the lack of verification.

On January 14, 2016, Evan posted a fanart of the characters Sayaka and Aoi from the game Danganronpa. However, the post reached 800,000 views after it was taken down due to a DMCA!

It is worth noting that the “fanart” only gained all of these views after it was removed by the DMCA. And it’s the reason behind the DMCA that is truly bizarre. According to what was posted by the profile “Church of Moons,” the DMCA was caused by a profile belonging to a mega fan of Aoi, who “believes” that she belongs to him.

Asahina 1

According to Church of Moons: “The guy who ships himself with Asahina keeps sending DMCAs to people for drawing her, because he ‘literally’ believes she is his wife.”

Apparently, this guy likes Asahina so much that he considers her his wife and doesn’t like people making fanart or writing about her, sending fake DMCAs and emails telling people to stop using her because “Asahina is mine.”

I would really like to confirm this information, but the profile of the supposed person who considers himself Asahina’s husband is locked

What surprised everyone the most is this: how does X allow a crazy person to send DMCA notices for a fanart of a series he doesn’t even own the rights to? If that’s really what happened here.
