VTuber Isaki Riona Receives $10,000 Yen Superchat — From a Fan Angry She Spoke to a Man

Imagine being a VTuber and receiving a red superchat worth 10,000 yen, which at the current exchange rate is an incredible R$336.74. Like, it’s a fan giving you a good amount of money—and when you go to read the superchat… it’s a complaint because you talked to a MAN!
This happened during a livestream by Hololive VTuber Isaki Riona. She was streaming herself practicing Yu-Gi-Oh when a new account sent her the red superchat.
The superchat, which received 6 likes in the screenshot bellow, said the following:

Did I understand that right? She got scolded for talking to a man? Apparently yes. To be honest, I don’t watch her, so if I got the context wrong, I apologize. But from what I understand, here’s what’s happening:
There will be some kind of Yu-Gi-Oh tournament, and VTuber Isaki Riona did several livestreams practicing the game. She has been receiving help from a streamer named Tasuku, who is a man, and he ended up talking with her during her livestream, which upset some people, like our donor.

It was also discovered that the account that sent the superchat is new, meaning the person didn’t even have the courage to send it from their main account! Online reactions were largely critical of the superchat message. How can someone spend that much money just to complain that their VTuber talked to a man?
For a moment, I doubted whether the screenshot was real—until I went to her channel, found the livestream, and saw the superchat still there… it’s real!
